Pavia, May 20 (LaPresse) – Andrea Sempio did not appear at the Pavia Public Prosecutor's Office for questioning about the Garlasco murder. The 37-year-old's lawyers, Massimo Lovati and Angela Taccia, contest the validity of the summons issued by prosecutors Napoleone, Civardi, De Stefano, and Rizza because it lacks certain passages required by law. The summons to appear for questioning as a suspect in conjunction with Alberto Stasi or unknown persons for the murder of Chiara Poggi on August 13, 2007, was served on him at the end of last week.
