Rome, May 7 (LaPresse) – Criminal lawyer Nino Marazzita has died at the age of 87. A prominent Roman defense attorney, he was involved in major Italian trials, including that of the murder of Pier Paolo Pasolini, in which he represented the civil party. The news of his death was announced by his son Giuseppe, who remembered him in a Facebook post, writing: “Today my father fought his final battle with the same grit as always—the one no one can win. He leaves behind a great void, along with the unforgettable memory of his intelligence, his wit, his deep humanity, and his tenderness. Goodbye, Papino.”
