Rome, May 6 (LaPresse) – The Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Milan Court, Dr. Vincenza Maccora, has ordered the dismissal of the criminal proceedings against Federico Leonardo Lucia, known as Fedez, regarding the events of April 2024 involving the alleged assault on personal trainer Cristiano Iovino. “The dismissal order rules out any responsibility on the part of our client for the known events and represents the best response to the intense media trial he has faced over the past year,” stated Fedez's defense lawyers, Gabriele Minniti and Andrea Pietrolucci. According to the singer's entourage, the investigation found no evidence to support a charge of brawling, nor any proof of Fedez's direct involvement. As noted in the judge's ruling, there were neither medical certifications nor a formal complaint from the alleged victim, which also led to the exclusion of the charge of battery.
