Milan, April 6 (LaPresse) – Tense moments at the anti-rearmament demonstration in the center of Bologna, where the mayors' demonstration 'A square for Europe' is taking place at the same time. In via Ugo Bassi, the demonstrators at the head of the procession of social centers, pro-Lega Nord and Potere al Popolo (Power to the People) tried to break through the security cordon to reach Piazza Nettuno, where the pro-Europe event is taking place. The police, however, repelled them, using shields and a few baton blows. During the confrontation, an EU flag was burned with a smoke bomb.
