Milan, 12 March (LaPresse) – It would not have been the behaviour of the driving carabiniere that caused the fall of the scooter on which Ramy Elgaml was travelling. This is the conclusion, according to information, reached by the consultant appointed by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, Domenico Romaniello, in his kinematic report on the 24 November accident at the end of a chase lasting 8 kilometres. The soldier driving the Giulietta from the Radiomobile would have braked in time and the collision with the T-Max scooter driven by Ramy's friend Fares Bouzidi would have occurred before the fall and not at the corner of Via Ripamonti and Via Quaranta.
