Milan, 28 February (LaPresse) – Alessandro Basciano was banned from approaching his ex-girlfriend Sophie Codegoni less than 500 metres away. This was decided by the Court of Re-examination in Milan in the stalking case opened by the Public Prosecutor's Office, which had appealed against the order of the gip Anna Magelli who on 23 November had released the 35-year-old DJ 48 hours after his arrest. Prosecutor Antonio Pansa, with the addition of Letizia Mannella, had asked the freedom judges to order house arrest for the former face of Big Brother Vip at the hearing on 21 January. In the proceedings, the Public Prosecutor's Office had filed the approximately 3,000 pages of integral chats provided by Codegoni's lawyer Jessica Bertolina, in which, according to investigators, there would be evidence of verbal and physical threats and insults by his former partner.
