Milan, Jan. 27 (LaPresse) – ‘I am surprised and very upset. I confidently await the meeting with the Judge for Preliminary Investigations in order to finally clarify my position’. This was stated by architect Stefano Boeri in relation to the request for house arrest made against him by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office as part of the investigation for bid rigging on the design competition for the New European Library of Information and Culture (Beic) in Porta Vittoria.
