Music, Foo Fighters: new album 'Your Favorite Toy' out today

Milan, Apr. 24 (LaPresse) – 'Your Favorite Toy' (Roswell Records/RCA Records), the long-awaited new album by the 15-time Grammy Award-winning rock band Foo Fighters, is finally out. The twelfth studio album, available digitally as well as on CD and vinyl, follows the release over recent months of several singles, including 'Caught In The Echo', 'Of All People', and 'Asking For A Friend'. Alongside the album, the new video for 'Window' has also been released, developed from an original concept by Dave Grohl and directed by Jake Erland. This visual interpretation takes viewers on a journey of detached voyeurism: the video stars Craig Parkinson as a window cleaner climbing the glass-and-steel façade of a towering skyscraper, observing the various inhabitants of each floor while remaining virtually invisible himself. The album was recorded entirely at home and co-produced by Foo Fighters together with Oliver Roman, with sound engineering by Oliver Roman and mixing handled by Mark 'Spike' Stent.
