Rome, 19 February (LaPresse) – “Your Favourite Toy”, the new single from Foo Fighters, was released today and will be on the radio from 20 February. It is taken from the new album of the same name, due out on 24 April (Roswell Records/RCA Records) and available for pre-order from today. "“Your Favorite Toy” was really the key to defining the sound of the new album. It came about almost by accident, after more than a year of experimenting with different sounds, and the day it took shape, I knew we had to go in that direction. It was the spark that gave life to the set of songs we recorded for this album. It has a new energy," explained Dave Grohl. Preceded by the singles “Asking For A Friend” and “Your Favourite Toy”, the album “Your Favourite Toy” was recorded entirely at home. The album is co-produced by Foo Fighters and Oliver Roman, with sound engineering by Oliver Roman and mixing by Mark “Spike” Stent. The release of “Your Favourite Toy” marks the start of Foo Fighters' “Take Cover World Tour”, which kicks off on 10 June at the Unity Arena in Oslo, following two headline dates at the Welcome to Rockville and Bottlerock festivals in the United States. Foo Fighters will bring their “Take Cover World Tour” to Italy for a single date at I-Days Milano Coca-Cola on Sunday 5 July 2026 at the Ippodromo Snai la maura. The bands Idles and Fat Dog will open the show.
