Rome, Dec. 3 (LaPresse) – Fiorello and Fabrizio Biggio return with a new, irreverent episode of La Pennicanza, airing Monday to Friday at 1:45 PM on Rai Radio2 and visually on channel 202 of digital terrestrial television. Forty-five minutes of improvisation, political satire, and lightning-fast gags. Fiorello opens with international politics: “Something is moving in the European Parliament. Since the Qatargate, nothing had happened, then we Italians arrive: alleged ‘fraud on EU funds.’ It’s from 2021, when nobody knew anything… Mogherini, Sannino, Zingaretti… we’re talking about 990,000 euros. But I mean, are we at the supermarket? Round it up: one million! They were questioned but not arrested, because ‘there’s no flight risk’… I, for safety, would go to Russia: a very calm place!”

Then the episode moves to the heart of the show, Atreju: “It’s becoming a real festival. But what kind of artist are you if you go to a right-wing event? Artists must go to left-wing ones. Carlo Conti, Mara Venier, Abu Mazen, Gualtieri, Fratoianni go there, they even invited me, but I can’t: then they use me for their purposes. Me with Meloni? Then it seems like I want to work.” He continues: “There will also be the ‘After Atreju,’ presented by Nicola Savino. And the Jalisse? Nothing, they weren’t taken there either.”

Then the showman receives a mysterious message on his phone: “They write to me, ‘I’m waiting for you at Atreju, Carlo Conti, Venier… will also be there.’ I thought it was fake… but no, it’s true. So… we’ll be at Atreju very soon,” he closes jokingly.
