Milan, 15 Nov. (LaPresse) – After the preview show in Ancona, Coez brought his tour to the Palazzo dello Sport yesterday and today with two sold-out shows in Rome. The tour, produced by Vivo Concerti, will continue in major Italian cities until 8 December, when it will return to the capital for the grand finale. Coez's tour, with 10 dates throughout Italy, over 60,000 tickets sold and several sold-out dates, marks the singer-songwriter's return to Italian arenas. The tour brings his greatest hits and songs from his latest album, 1998, released last June, to life in a show that combines energy and introspection. Each date opens with Lamante, the tour's regular opening act. 1998, Coez's latest album, draws on the sounds and imagery of the 1990s, inspired by the aesthetics of that period. Coez returns to his roots to embark on a new journey through the style that has made him a benchmark in contemporary Italian songwriting: a fusion of intimacy and melancholy, with pop and urban influences. 1998, the artist's seventh studio album, contains the singles Mal di te, Ti manca l'aria, Qualcosa di grande and Mr. Nobody and is available in CD and autographed CD formats and in three vinyl editions: standard black, autographed yellow and a deluxe version with an autographed and numbered alternative cover. The tour will continue in Naples (20 November – Palapartenope), Bari (22 November – Palaflorio SOLD OUT), Turin (29 November – Inalpi Arena), Milan (1 and 2 December – Unipol Forum), Florence (6 December – Mandela Forum) and will conclude in the capital with a grand finale on 8 December at the Palazzo dello Sport.
