Michael Madsen, a face known for starring in Quentin Tarantino's cult films “The Hyenas” and “Kill Bill: Volume 2”, has died at the age of 67. The man died of cardiac arrest, according to his manager Ron Smith. In a career spanning more than 40 years, Madsen made his name in the early 1990s for the famous scene in “The Hyenas” in which the character he played, Mr. Blonde, cut off a policeman's ear while dancing to the notes of “Stuck in the Middle With You”.
