Rome Film Festival: Paola Cortellesi to be jury president

Turin, 20 June (LaPresse) – Actress, director and screenwriter Paola Cortellesi will preside over the jury of the Progressive Cinema Competition, the competitive section of the Rome Film Festival, scheduled from 15 to 26 October. The announcement was made by the President of the Fondazione Cinema per Roma, Salvatore Nastasi, on the recommendation of the Artistic Director, Paola Malanga. Paola Cortellesi returns to the Film Festival after the extraordinary success of “C'è ancora domani”, the award-winning film that marked her directorial debut in 2023. ‘I am honoured to have been asked to chair the jury of the Rome Film Festival,’ said Paola Cortellesi. "Over the years, the festival has built a strong and engaging identity, becoming a point of reference for Italian and international cinema, and I am deeply grateful to it.
