Hoepli: Mondadori submits bid to acquire the education division

Milan, 25 March (LaPresse) – The Mondadori Group has announced in a statement that it has today submitted an offer to the liquidator – appointed on 10 March by Hoepli’s Shareholders’ Meeting – for the acquisition of the publishing house’s educational publishing division. Any further developments, the statement notes, will be communicated to the market.
