Milan, 10 March. (LaPresse) – The Shareholders' Meeting of Hoepli, the historic Milanese publishing house, has decided to put the company into liquidation. The decision, as emphasised in a statement, comes ‘at the proposal of the Board of Directors’ and involves ‘the voluntary dissolution of the Company and its liquidation’ following ‘a difficult and thorough reflection on the overall situation of the Company’.
