Andrea Guerra, Chief Executive Officer of the Prada Group, commented on the 2025 results in a statement. ‘Looking ahead,’ explains Guerra, "we confirm the Group's ambition to generate above-market growth. In terms of profitability, excluding Versace, the goal remains to achieve organic margin growth; the consolidation of Versace will have a dilutive effect on the Group's EBIT margin in FY-26, with the intention of resuming the path of gradual growth starting in FY-27."
