Rome, Jan. 12 (LaPresse) – Acciaierie d’Italia has reportedly filed a lawsuit against ArcelorMittal, seeking €7 billion in damages over the management of the former Ilva, particularly the Taranto plant, according to the Financial Times. The complaint, filed at the Milan court this month, claims damages for what Acciaierie d’Italia describes as “mismanagement” by ArcelorMittal.
