Milan, August 28 (LaPresse) – “The pan-European class action against Booking.com, supported by Hotrec, Federalberghi and 30 other national hotel associations, has received a widely positive response from European hoteliers: over 15,000 hotels across Europe have joined the class action, which was launched to claim compensation from Booking.com for damages caused by anti-competitive best-price clauses.”
This was announced by Federalberghi in a statement, noting that “Italy, with around 3,000 registered hotels, is the country with the highest number of participants, followed by Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, and Austria.”
Federalberghi also highlighted that “tomorrow, Friday, August 29, is the final day to join. This deadline concerns only registration, which takes just a few clicks on the website www.mybookingclaim.com
