Milan, 30 June (LaPresse) – "Today, there was a partial collapse of the Generali sign located at the top of the Hadid Tower, within the CityLife complex.The incident was promptly handled with the immediate securing of the sign itself, without any damage to people or surrounding structures. As a precautionary measure and to protect public safety, Generali has cordoned off and completely secured the area below, including the building that houses the CityLife Shopping District. All Generali staff will continue to work remotely. The causes of the accident are still under investigation. Generali will provide all relevant updates in a timely manner. This was stated by Generali in a note regarding the partial collapse of the “Generali” sign on the insurance company's skyscraper in Milan, in the Citylife area.
