Rome, Jan. 15 (LaPresse) – The assembly of Ita Airways has appointed the new Board of Directors of the company, naming Sandro Pappalardo as chairman and Joerg Eberhart as CEO. The other members are Antonella Ballone, Lorenza Maggio, and Efrem Angelo Valeriani. Angela Florio has been appointed chairman of the Board of Auditors, which also includes Paolo Ciabattoni and Federico Testa.
