Turin, 22 December (LaPresse) – Banksy claims authorship of a new mural that appeared in west London in the last few hours, identical to the one spotted on Friday on the iconic London skyscraper, Centre Point on Tottenham Court Road, a short walk from the underground, in the heart of the city. The artist posted two photos of the work on his social media accounts: a chiaroscuro image of a child lying on the ground in the foreground, wrapped in a coat and winter hat, and next to him, a larger figure in shadow with his arm and index finger pointing upwards. The message seems to represent a condemnation of the marginalisation of the homeless, as was already the case in 2019.
